TubeExpert Laser type measuring

In just a few seconds thousands of points will be measured and converted by TubeExpert measuring software into precise tube data.

The result is very precise because the cylinders, including bends, will be plotted and included in the calculations. In addition with a typical tube 150,000 points will be scanned compared to previous measuring systems only scanning 30! Through this user influence is excluded and a much greater precision is achieved than by previous measuring systems.

The laser scanner covers all possible tube diameters unlike, for example, infra-red lasers whose branch processes mean that single probes have to be purchased each of which only covers a small area of the diameter being measured. Due to our high precision and ease of handling you can save on the use of gauges.

The process is therefore better than all previous tube measuring systems.
